A versatile paste with a creamy texture. Specifically designed for variegating, giving gelato and artisan pastry specialities a colour and aroma that is reminiscent of lemon cream liqueurs.


  • To variegate Fiordilatte, Pannacotta, Meringue and Yoghurt gelati, semifreddi (cakes and single portions) and mousses, as well as new combinations with Chocolate and Gianduia.
  • To customise colour and taste of custard cream.
  • To decorate and fill puffs, short crust and semifreddi, also in goblets; as a filling for chocolate or white chocolate pralines.
