Product in powder ready to use, with a considerable content of dehydrated lemon juice, ideal to prepare lemon flavoured slushes, sorbets, drinks and ice lollies, characterised by a quite bitter flavour and a straw-yellow colour. It can be used both in slush machines and in batch freezers.
