This paste is characterised by a high content of marrons glacés in pieces (first ingredient). The gelato is recognisable by the pieces of marrons glacés and by the intense flavour.
Its texture makes it suitable to variegate a range of flavours, in particular Meringue (“MERINGLACÈ” flavour), Fiordilatte and Vanilla.
