Alcohol-free syrup, standing out for its amber colour and the persistence of flavour. It is particularly suitable to prepare solutions to soak Pan di Spagna (Sponge Cake) and Dobus Roll in both fruit and cream semifreddi and cakes (excellent in combination with chocolate and hazelnut). It is special also to present alcohol-free Babà.
