Trend – Modular cakes: practicality and creativity
This is a fresh, flexible idea that has proved very popular with gelato makers and confectioners who love to come up with an endless array of visually appealing combinations to make their customers’ mouths water.
One of the benefits of modular moulds is that they can be used to create lots of different shapes and combinations. They take the form of modular stainless steel rings that can be used to make a single item of confectionery that can cater to a number of requests by bringing together different colours and flavours.
