A product for give to gelato, semifreddi, mousses in tub the unmistakable flavour and fragrance of wild berries.
USES

  • To make wild berries gelato. Add water only to the base mix for fresh, thirst-quenching gelato, or part water/part milk for a creamier one.
  • TO VARIEGATE: its structure and organoleptic characteristics make it ideal to variegate a number of gelato flavours, in particular Yoghurt, Zabaione, Vanilla and Fiordilatte.
  • It is also excellent to fill and decorate semifreddi, mousses in tub and cups.
