Blackberry 200 paste is characterised by a high amount of whole fruit which makes it ideal for the preparation of blueberry flavoured gelato. It can also be used to variegate gelati such as Yoghurt, Fiordilatte and Vanilla.
That paste can also be used as complement to fresh and frozen fruit.
