It is a concentrated paste, characterised by a considerable content of finely ground vanilla beans and by a full vanilla smell and flavour, with a light citrus fruit aftertaste. Its flavour resembles that of vanilla flavoured homemade cakes, made according to traditional recipes. It contains egg yolks and natural colouring.
