Containing Marsala wine, egg yolks and coffee, this paste has a strong and pleasant taste of ‘Tiramisù’, a typical Venetian cake. Also used to prepare gelato as well as cold desserts and cakes.
Sprinkle surface with Low-fat Cocoa, according to traditional recipe. Can be used in to enhance confectioner's custard and whipped cream, and particularly for spoon cakes and plated dessert.
