- For a “Macedonia Siciliana” flavoured gelato add to a white base mix.
- For Cassata Siciliana, semifreddi and single portions. In both uses, pairing with our powdered Ricotta is recommended.
- Particularly suitable for fillings of artisan gelato and confectionery specialities.
- After adding the paste to the base mix, we suggest filtering it in order to use candied fruit as a layered gelato filling.
