This is a paste with creamy texture characterised by an abundant content of pine seeds (first ingredient). It is ideal to prepare gelato with the typical pine seeds flavour, that can also be filled and garnished with Pralined Pine seeds of the “I Decorativi” product line.
Thanks to its texture, it can be used in semifreddi and for plenty recipes in artisanal confectionery.
