An unmistakable product, characterised by its generous content of raisins, the paste is recognisable by its high quality liqueur wine.
- Malaga paste must be added to a milk base mix, preferably without eggs and with a neutral taste.
- After adding the paste to the base mix, we suggest filtering it in order to use part of the raisins as a layered filling.
