Fine texture, soft, deep dark chocolate coloured cream paste with a strong plain chocolate taste. Designed for plentiful purposes.
Suggestions
To obtain a more fluid texture to be used to coat profiteroles we recommend to:
- Melt some product in a warm water bath or in microwave for a few seconds
- Prepare a semifreddo: whip 500 ml Whole Milk with 250 g Semifreddo Flexi GR or Moussemix in planetaria.
- Add the previously melted Bitter Chocolate Paste with a different quantity of semifreddo according to the desired flavour and texture. We suggest for example the following proportions: 60 g Bitter Chocolate Paste + 30-40 g whipped semifreddo.
